Graham Feingold

Research Interests

I am a research scientist at NOAA's Earth System Research Laboratory (Chemical Sciences Division) in Boulder, Colorado. My interests lie in aerosol-cloud-precipitation interactions and implications for climate change. My group’s focus is on process level studies using high resolution models and observations (aircraft and surface remote sensing) at the cloud scale (10s of meters to 100 km). We primarily study shallow clouds and how they are modified by particulate matter (aerosol) and how they might change in a warmer climate (the cloud feedback problem).
